Went to the CVS in JP and wow, so much (cheap / trashy) soccer merchandise. They are going to be left with so much stock, that they are not going to be able to get rid of for pennies on the dollar.

Thanks to @stevegis_ssg and @nyhan I found out about #BostonMA JP Licks' World Fútbol flavors. My beloved and I shared 2 each, for science 😋 My ranking:

1) Caramel beurre salé. It wasn't Grom gelato level, but is anything else in life? 100% repeat.

2) Akasan. A surprise for me! I never had the Haitian beverage, but I would describe this as an horchata BUT BETTER.

3) Sticky toffee pudding. Very date-forward and delicious!

4) Cardamom strawberry swirl. Made me miss Toscanini's kulfi a lil

🗣️This afternoon I made my way to Dorchester to see my mom Millie — my first visit with her since returning from Ukraine.

I brought her a little gift from the trip — a magnet for her fridge. She loves them. 🧲🇺🇦

💙💛 She stands with Ukraine. I even taught her how to say “Slava Ukraini”. She’s got it down. 😄
