@verge Bought a UE Boom 1 when it was first released in 2013. I recall wondering if it would last or sound good. It’s still going strong! Still sounds great for portable speaker. And holds a charge for weeks in standby and days of usage. Packing it this weekend when I go away. Original bright yellow USB-A charger still works fine too. It’s been in continual use this whole time, including world tours and being through around at the beach many many times. One of the best pieces of tech I ever bought.
