@rhys Yes, #Twitter was obviously purchased to disrupt Dem organizing for 2024. Musk was ego stroked by foreign investors to head it up. He was on board w/ the disruption & giving hate a platform but he genuinely thought he could sell blue checkmarks to the punters who he imagined buying Dogecoin from him to buy blue checkmarks. I saved screenshots of some of his Bitcoin BS plans. Lucky for us being #Ratified with a #BlueCheckRat is free on #Mastodon 😉 #USPol

@Adam_Cadmon1 I think his investors knew selling Dogecoin and letting the punters buy Teslas and blue check marks with it, wouldn’t work but suckered Elon by flattering his ego. Once Bitcoin tanked he began tanking the entire site & I think your right they were whispering in his ear about how powerful he was as a way to manipulate the demise of one of the best Dem sharing platforms. I still have my free #BlueCheckRat from when a lot of us got #Ratified on #Twitter #Musk

@Teri_Kanefield I have screen shots of his plans to make big money selling Dogecoin to the great unwashed and have them spend said coins to buy blue checkmarks…Then the bottom dropped on NFTs and the gullible weren’t quite as gullible as he thought they’d be. 🤣🤣🤣 That’s when I grabbed my trusty #BlueCheckRat and scurried over to Mastodon. #Musk #USPol

@kingbeauregard @opalium I have screen shots of Musk’s big plans for #Twitter. He had people working to sell Dogecoins to the GOP punters & use them to buy #BlueCheckMarks. Then Bitcoin crashed. He def had plans to make Twitter Nazi friendly but thought he could make $. His Saudi backers (aligned w/ Putin’s goals) just want it destroyed as a place for Dems to organize.They used his colossal ego to manipulate him into the deal. Personally I prefer my Mastodon #BlueCheckRat

He allows me to enter the #Twitter sewers and come out unscathed as I try to use my DM’s to convince others to migrate here & explain how simple it is here even though it’s a little different. #Ratified. #TwitterMigration #Mastodon I have to be careful to not let #FredTheWonderCat see him…. he’d eat him for lunch. 😉 (If you hadn’t already thought of it, humor is one of the best ways to get information out there and to get people to respond.)
