The back door sensors are overly sensitive, and when the bus is packed, the doors insist on refusing to close, preventing the bus driver from moving the bus.

JesseI have a friend and they want to get to work. It's only 3.7km to work, it would be a 10 min drive if they could drive (but they can't), it would be a 15min bicycle ride if there was any bicycle infrastructure for that route.
Instead it's a 12 min bus ride plus 17 mins of walking or a 39 min bus ride plus 6 mins of walking.
The bus also only comes every 30mins.

HelenLast night the buses were terrible on the way to book group... I waited 45 minutes... and after about half an hour 2 came past 'not in service'... #Sheffield buses are terrible now... particularly evenings & weekends... it was very cathartic to report it to #LouiseHaigh #BetterBuses
