Extending this thread with a loaf of beer/cheese bread that I made this afternoon. It uses cheddar cheese from Bright, Ontario, just west of here. The beer I used is Relax Alice, a British Amber Ale from Kick & Push Brewing Company in Sharbot Lake, Ontario. Turned out to be a delicious loaf 🍞🍻❤️
Beer bread is really nice slightly toasted with some marmalade as a breakfast! The marmalade complements the beer bread nicely.
Only my second beer bread ever and a bit rough and ready but it will taste ok for lunch I’m quite sure.
