Got some chapstick holders that reviewers noted were great for carrying Baqsimi. Wasn’t a fan of the plastic hook so I cut that off and attached a split ring and metal carabiner hook.
Surprise of the day: My insurance fully covers Baqsimi. It was $0 at checkout.
Not sure if this will continue with the new insurance starting in January.
Baqsimi is an emergency medication for treating severe hypoglycemia that is not responding to normal quick carb ingestion - something I need to have on hand while using an insulin pump, really. I hope I never need to use it because I hear it SUCKS.
