Fill in the blank: C or P? Hint: Both are correct answers. Inspired by a post by @blcksmth (see pic 2). Also prompted by some unsolicited advice I received (see pic 3) from a total stranger. So to that old Trumper who replied to one of my political stories and anyone else who thinks I shouldn’t be political: My identity shouldn’t be up for political debate. But it is…Since politicians have made my identity (and the identity of every other minority) a political issue since the founding of this country, I have to be political. And if someone has a problem that I express my belief that the current administration is nothing but bunch of racist, transphobic, homophobic, xenophobic, and misogynistic criminals (not to mention quite a few convicted sex offenders including the President) who are hellbent on destroying the very fabric of democracy and should be in jail and/or institutionalized, that’s my prerogative to express and if you don’t like it, I don’t want your business anyway. If you support Trump, then you don’t support me…so no cake for you.

Whipped this up quick with some leftovers, and had my ganache split - so looks a bit messy, but fitting based on whose name is on it.

Red Velvet Cake Mix Cookies

Ingredients:

1 box red velvet cake mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup cream cheese frosting
Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together the red velvet cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs until well combined.
Fold in the white chocolate chips.
Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cookies are just set.
Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Once cool, drizzle or spread cream cheese frosting over the cookies before serving.
