I read one of the dumbest music reviews tonight. It was for a hardcore punk band's LP and because each song is between 1-3 minutes long, the reviewer called it an EP and gave it one star.

@kevinrns Reviews, especially online, are advertising. So many good service providers, especially food and automotive repair, are eager for positive reviews because online marketplaces control the portals to window shopping. One bad review ruins a rating average. #badreviews #advertising #onlinemarketplace

@agkozak to tell the truth, I prefer the protection that a good pair of cans offer. I’ve been using #Sony’s #WH1000XM4, & until recently I’ve been very happy with them. I think the problem is with the app, but the truth is that these things have been through a lot so I don’t know if I have reason to complain

I’m seeing #BadReviews for the current version of their #app, so I’m hesitant to upgrade.

If it doesn’t improve by the end of the #summer, I might have to look elsewhere
