Today I've made my first Gourmet Artisan-style bread from one of my bread recipe books, it's a Pesto & Marinated Olive Bread.
Ingredients:
200 ml water
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp green pesto
1 tsp salt
1 tsp caster sugar
1 1/4 tsp dried yeast
425g strong white flour
125g pitted & marinated mixed olives (halved or quartered)
The loaf has been halved, one for the freezer & the other for tea with cheese & side salad 😋
