Ich war beim #yoga. Die #ashtanga-Stunde tut mir ja immer gut, aber heute wars besonders. Besonders anstrengend, besonders entspannend, besonders gut für Kopf und Körper.

Statt #ashtanga heute mal eine Runde #yin - #Yoga ist so vielfältig, da ist immer etwas möglich. Es muss nicht jeden Morgen #ashtangayoga sein - wichtig ist der Weg auf die Matte. #ganzentspannt :) PS: 2 freie Matten habe ich noch mittwochs in #cappenberg und 3 freitags in #Nordkirchen Präventionskurse jeweils 8x60 Minuten von Krankenkassen bezuschusst
Ich hab‘ den Arbeitstag überstanden, hab‘ aber nicht genug Energie (und Konzentration), um zum #Yoga zu fahren. Mal abgesehen davon, dass ich mich so kraftlos fühle, dass es für #Ashtanga eh nicht reicht 😭
Schlafstörungen sind scheiße.
