Game recommendation: Tales of the Arthurian Knights

We got it as a gift. Its similar to Tales of the Arabian Nights, but the stories and mechanics have been improved.
The game is a literary/storytelling game, kind of like the Choose Your Own Adventure books. I particularly recommend for folks who enjoy Arthurian legends.

Just a week back, I found myself standing by the windswept edge of Dozmary Pool. Tucked away on the hauntingly beautiful Bodmin Moor, it’s not just the stillness of the water that holds you, but the weight of the stories tied to it.

They say it’s here the Lady of the Lake gave Excalibur to Arthur, and also here it was returned, swallowed back into the depths as his story came to a close. Whether you believe in myths or not, there's something about the air that drips with ancient stories. Timeless.

And then there’s Tregeagle; a poor soul cursed to scoop water from the pool with a leaky limpet shell, punishment for striking a bargain with the devil.

More than just a tick off the list — this one's staying with me.

After a short visit to Bertie and Jeeves, I pressed forward with The Legends of King Arthur and His Knights by James Knowles. I love the #ArthurianLegends and was hoping the audiobook would add to this re-reading. Unfortunately, the narrator, Eric Brooks, is an old-style ham actor and I did not appreciate his presentation at all. Nevertheless, I persevered to the end to enjoy all the stories again.
