In 1965, Joseph Kosuth created One and Three Chairs, one of the most iconic conceptual artworks of all time.
Fifty years later, I took this question a step further with Making Disappear the Kosuth’s Chair (2015). Instead of a physical chair, I worked with its digital essence. I ingested an SD card containing a single 3D file: a virtual replica of Kosuth’s chair.
