Lock lubricant AKA #powderedgraphite in the antique shot glass, applied to watercolor paper with a small stiff makeup brush. Adding gum of Arabic with a bit of watercolor medium turns lock lubricant into liquid graphite that can be applied wet or dry.

Boiled fluid of my spine

Resiliency strengthening     

  Battle with myself        knowing what I must do

Should be enough      battle fields overgrown

With   a rare rose bush  guarded by tones  

Of vibrating   repellent,  shifting   sacrifice of

   An emotional congruency
