#Trenitalia #c2c has extended its partnership with security provider #Amulet for another five years, with an option for two more. This builds on a successful collaboration since 2011, focusing on passenger safety and experience. By 2016, Amulet provided full security services across c2c’s 26 stations. The partnership won the 'Partners in Expert Services – Public Sector' category at the 2019 PFM Awards. With c2c’s growing focus on safeguarding, evidenced by its White Ribbon accreditation and investment in internal teams, the new contract strengthens shared values. The partnership also includes initiatives like safeguarding campaigns, local recruitment, and fundraising for charities. New contract additions include tailored training, mental health first-aid, body-worn cameras, and continued community and social value commitments, such as green spaces, security apprenticeships, and #railway safety programmes in schools.
