In the not quite 12 hours since we posted this year’s #AllVaxxed and #AllMasked #Covid policy for @norwescon #NWC45, across Facebook, Twitter, and Mastodon, we’ve received 157 likes/faves/boosts, 11 positive comments…

…and two negative comments. And both of those are from the same person; once on Facebook, once on Twitter. And looking over their posts on each of those services, I’m not going to be at all disappointed that they won’t be joining us.

That’s a pretty darn good ratio of positive to negative responses (157:2, or 98.73% positive). Turns out people (at least in our community) appreciate it when we make an effort to take care of each other.

#Norwescon #NWC45 will be #AllVaxxed and #AllMasked. Proof of vaccination will be satisfied by any complete series of vaccination against #COVID19. We strongly encourage all members to ensure their vaccination is up-to-date with the most recent booster.
