Delighted to see my #agileonthebeach talk, “Estimates and Complexity: A Tale in 42 and a Half Minutes”, is now online!
I haven’t rewatched it yet but felt good on the day; hoping that comes across.

Hi friends! I did a talk. In person. (yes, partying like it's 2019!)
It was a new topic for me, about the ethics of influence, specifically looking at the methods we use to promote change within our technology orgs.
Hit me up if you're interested in this subject :-) #AOTB2023 #agileonthebeach

Only one month to go until I'm speaking at the #agileonthebeach conference in Cornwall 🙏
My topic: "Stop to diss ability!"
Who will join me (in Cornwall or on this topic)?

Found out this evening that I've been selected to speak at this year's #AgileOnTheBeach!
I'm going to be slowly developing the talk while on maternity leave. (I'm back from leave once it's conference time.)
Thankfully, it's based on training I've delivered before at my job, so I'm not making it completely from scratch.
It's about how to be a better writer and communicator at work, tying these skills back to Agile and the Agile Manifesto.

Really cool talk how our brain is working and how we can "hack" it.
