I've been saying that after we dislodge the fascists, we need to expand the Court to 13 seats to create a 7-6 liberal majority.
With almost every new ruling from #SCOTUS I'm leaning more toward "Let's arrest the majority right away, and let the #InternationalCriminalCourt sort them out."

Every Trump #pardon is another reason to bring in the #InternationalCriminalCourt in the next administration. Because his pardons are meaningless at the Hague.
We'll have to either expand the #SupremeCourt to 13 immediately after the regime is dislodged, or arrest the #SCOTUS majority for collaborating.
After we win, there will be a lot of Republicans trying to convince us that they were never #fascists even though they were members of a #fascist party.
I won't be supporting any #Democratic candiate who supports a return to bipartisanship. The Republican Party cannot be a partner in a government based on democracy and the rule of law.
It's not really a government #shutdown if the police state keeps functioning. It's just federal workers not getting paid if the President doesn't feel like paying them, and federal services not being delivered if the President doesn't feel like delivering them. An actual, literal government shutdown would be better than this.

Republicans are trying to create a permanent majority that can't be dislodged by voters. The California redistricting bill has an expiration date. Those things are not the same, or even comparable.

The alternative to #Gerrymandering is #ProportionalRepresentation with multi-member districts and #RankedChoiceVoting.

I understand the urge to have a museum of #Republican crimes, and I fully support building that museum at Mar-A-Lago.
Think what a beautiful sustainable garden could replace the golf course.
#AfterFascism, we need a federal program that helps create new small #farms. Not just breaking up big farms and selling the pieces, but training and mentoring new farmers, and federal funding for development of small-farm-appropriate technologies.
