After a shop in #Tesco #Abbeyfeale, #Limerick, I opened this packet of pregrated cheese. Little was I expecting the visibly additional microbial colonies. Somebody in the distribution chain appears to have failed to maintain the appropriate storage temperature, and/or sanitary conditions Not looking at anyone in particular, but unfortunately not the first time we've had iffy stuff from this store.

I'm often left a little puzzled by the locals here in Kerry, Ireland, as they will refer disparagingly to the grey skies and rain when talking about the weather, when we mention we're from #France. This shot was taken on the way back from #Abbeyfeale. If the road hadn't been so busy, I'd have got out of the car and taken it properly, but instead had to do my best stopped on the side and through the passenger window.

A night in #Abbeyfeale to do part of the #LimerickGreenway, going through arches & tunnels & looking at the countryside.
A day in #Kanturk watching a Heron (I think) fishing & to visit #McCarthysButchers for delicious meat.
An evening in Cobh again to watch the ships.
