Update from #AMAManual of Style: both parts of hyphenated compounds are now capitalized in titles (eg, "Effects of Short-Term Procrastination on Dr W's Editing Schedule").

This update simplifies the previous style, in which both parts of only SOME hyphenated compounds were capped in titles.
