It is interesting that ”old” gate materials, like molybdenum, are reinvented and taken in use, although with a “newer” technology #ALDep.

@thesiswhisperer we also have/had active #ALDep research community in former Twitter. Also relevant journals (also bots) and main conference were actively posting there. I am not sure where people are heading after Twitter.

#introduction

I am research scientist working at VTT Finland with #hyperspectral imaging and #MEMS process integration. I work with thin film growth/deposition technologies: atomic layer deposition (#ALDep), chemical vapor deposition (#CVDep) and physical vapor deposition (#PVDep) and patterning of these thin films. I am application oriented, and my background is in microfabrication and semiconductor technology.
