Let's be clear. There is no "win" threshold.

The #YIMBY movement has a lot of amazing victories to boast, especially in Sacramento. But in terms of housing obstructionism, #SanFrancisco is only progressing from "utterly ridiculous" to "moderately ridiculous".

To add, the entire #BayArea region including the idyllic peninsula and east bay suburbs are going to need to reform to allow more density and class integration if there is ever going to be a "win" scenario. Our #housing and #affordability outlook depends on what we do as a region.

Still, I am amazed that a platform, asking homeowners to think beyond their own property values, has made it this far. It's worth appreciating.
