@sanity oooh. Yikes. But. The mill who makes it is in Italy. They make 2 of my other favorite fancy paper lines too - Crush (the Almond is amazing with sheen and shimmer), and Alga Carta which just feels freaking important in hand. @sanity I've been super impressed with their Document Fuchsia and White. My next large ink order is going to include 5 or 6 other colors from that line. They are the most plesant permanent inks i have used.

@Hareguizer @inkycicada same! It arrived a bit ago, I have it buried under a pile of fabric. If I want to cheat, I have to sew through that stack to do so. Lol

@gcvsa @tallastro isn't it great when you find a pen thst fits perfectly? The Pilot 912fa was that for me. Stub nib pilot metro was another. The other insta-love pens are all vintage ones. Oh, my Parker Sonnet too. But I bought that in like... 94 so it's semi-vintage. Lol

@gcvsa @tallastro ECO and I were ... not a good match. The feel of it in hand was downright off-putting to me. I'm glad you have a lovely sounding stable pen relationship with them. Lol. I enjoy how there are so many options of pen, ink and how you can relate to them. Its a smallish pen world- but a delightfully varied one.

@gcvsa @tallastro we are very different pen users. I dont know that I have ever refilled a pen with the same ink (one exception being my dedicated white ink pen). I switch brands, colors... attributes- shimmer, sheen, standard with each fill. Cleaning, or at least rinsing throughly is definitely necessary on a frequent basis. Many inks do not play well with each other, lol.
