I really love our mayor, Mayor Giles, from Mesa, AZ. He has done so many positive things for our city.
It’s great to see him at the #DNC speaking in support of VP #Harris. #Mesa #AZ #Arizona #WeAreNotGoingBack #NotGoingBack
You know, I guess she is correct. I am “the career at company”.
These sponsored posts on #LinkedIn are terrible.
I finally succumbed to marketing pressure and bought a Cirkul starter kit from the grocery store yesterday. I went to Cirkul's website to see what flavors they have and I was greeted with the creepiest and ugliest f*cking main page ever.
Maybe I'll return it just because of the website.
Me: Oh look! Pleiades is right above Uranus. Heh.
Him:[giggles]
Yes, we know we are children. #Uranus jokes will always make me laugh.
A kid I grew up around every Wednesday and Sunday wrote a song about growing up #gay in a small town—his dad is a pastor. It's hard to listen to and think about how much everything in the #song hits home for me. Give it a listen (or 400 so that he gets some $$). His song is on all the #music platforms.

I saw a blog post come through my RSS feeds from RubyFlow (a Ruby blog aggregator) with the title “Rails 7 pagnination with Kaminari tutorial” and I instantly thought, why would anyone use Kaminari?
Kaminari, according to Pagy:
- is 40x slower than Pagy
- uses 36x more memory than Pagy
- creates over 6,400 objects (compared to Pagy’s 184 objects)
Initially, I thought someone used AI to write the article, but it doesn't appear to be AI written.
