1. Hashtag everything but in #CamelCase to make it easier for folks who use screen readers.
2. Boost everything you genuinely love - only you can see your likes.
3. If you follow loads of people, your Home feed will be an endless source of personally-tailored loveliness. And the algorithm is YOU!
4. Have a nice cuppa and a biccie.
5. Ignore all these tips - NO GODS, NO MASTERS

Publisher's Weekly finally updated their annual salary & jobs survey and the results are grim and not surprising at all.
Read the whole thing but I'm pulling this graph of the racial makeup of publishing.
Notably, nonwhite respondants were very skeptical that this small push for diversity will continue.
If we want to change publishing we need to prove the efforts are worth it and BIPOC books SELL.
we also need to push publishers to PAY THEIR EMPLOYEES.
