John Fetterman is the good news in Pennsylvania. After him, every statewide election in PA has been won by a Republican. Here's an example, Dave Sunday, obsessed with policing the vaginas of women in Pennsylvania for abortion, miscarriage, IVF, ectopic pregnancy, stillbirth etc. And it was the votes of a whole lot of suicidally racist women that elected Dave Sunday, Donald Trump and Dave McCormick to criminalize femininity.
The appeals sets up another clash in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court over the right to reproductive autonomy, and the constitutionality of a ban on public funding for abortion through Medicaid.
