After five years and more than 1.8 million downloads, the 1.1.0 release of the mage2tv/magento-cache-clean package moves it to the mage-os vendor name. Now it is called:
mage-os/magento-cache-clean
The old package still exists, but it is only an empty wrapper to pull in the new one.
Since the package name is not included in the binary path vendor/bin/cache-clean.js everything should continue to work under most circumstances.
