Something that has long confused me: Why do people resign when asked to do unconscionable things? Why don't they remain in place and simply refuse to do what they're told? Sabotage is another option. Anything that might slow the growth of monstrous practices. By leaving, they clear the path for those who lack that conscience, don't they?
