Getting a few more recipes under my belt before I return to work after another amputation (just a transmetatarsal).
Made #YummSauce for tonight's homemade YummBowls (checkout Yumm Cafe, a regional favorite in the Pacific Northwest).
I also made tzatzicki sauce and a Greek-inspired chicken salad.
But, what I'm most excited about is the mango orange coconut frozen yogurt. So, tonight will be filled with #Yum and #Yumm!

Homemade frozen yogurt with thornless blackberries from the garden using local Nancy's yougurt.
I recently realized that I could make frozen yogurt with far less effort than ice cream. That's a big win for me. Flavored with homemade vanilla extract, organic maple syrup, and honey. More winning.
I also made another loaf of 100% whole wheat honey sourdough. It will go well with whichever soup I make from the chicken stock I'm currently preparing.
Another loaf of 100% organic whole wheat sourdough. Used organic maple syrup to encourage fermentation.
Delicious.
Far from a perfect bake, but the flavor is fantastic.
I'm also thinking about trying my hand at falafel. The chickpeas have soaked, so I just have to get my act together and give it a go.
#TraitorTrump is the #PedophilePOTUS.
Biscuits.
They're almost as important to me as pizza.
Today is going to be a great day.
I'm loafing around this morning.
#Meatloaf for lunch.
Used virtually the same mix as yesterday's meatballs. The spices pictured are for the sauce.

Today, I'm all about balls:
#Meatballs.
I'm also making #SundayGravy.
Yes, I know it's only Saturday, but it tastes so much better after allowing the sauce to cool and rest for a day.
And, we didn't finish the last loaf of homemade sourdough wheat bread, so croutons it is!
Fuck #TraitorTrump,
The #PedophilePOTUS.
I turned the leftover tamale filling into a fairly decent stew with loads of peppers, onions, olives, hominy, and fresh sweet corn. I also used some leftover enchilada sauce.
It was meant to be a soup, but I didn't do any research; my tamale dough dumplings disintegrated. They did, however, make a great thickening for the concoction.
