An excentric artist who makes music and has an unusual concept for music videos and artworks. I used to be mostly active with videogame music covers but now I'm priorizing more on original stuff with cats, nature and more unusual, unfiltered stuff. Not everyone's cup of tea. Mostly metal but not suitable for trves, sorry!

Probably just in time for #tunetuesday here's another #WIP #demo for another attempt of an original #song of mine. Tried to give it a somewhat mysterious or ethereal vibe while still some #metal on it, with #harp (obviously fake) as main protagonist.
Hey hello! Just though of sharing a WIP/demo for a new, unreleased attept of song here. I don't know how to define this in terms of genre, but I'd say it's some kind of "synth tribal metal" pretending to represent some kind of "army of birds defending the forest from the human invasors" ... or whatever, I dunno.

It's #caturday here! And so just though of sharing this pic for what could potentially be the cover artwork for my next and third original music album, still untitled.

My dear kitty Kira was sitting on my tiny MIDI keyboard while yawning and the shoot was a bit too late, showing an unusually creepy expression. Ideal to crop and paste in another pic of a ruined, abandoned building haha.

Just uploaded a new #video for one of my recent original songs https://peertube.wtf/w/rdz4WzJVcx5zMryNrpnhYP

I guess #music can be defined as "instrumental synth/midi power #metal with bardcore interlude" or whatever. I didn't care much about production but instead focusing more on the composition itself and the melodies. All started as a moment of inspiration for a Maiden/Helloween-style doubled lead guitars melody after all.

Video is a bizarre mix of #cats and #nature. Detailed explantions on description.

#2000sMusicTaughtMe as a metalhead a new bunch of subgenres and combinations of styles was possible, even though some of us were too much "posers" and closed-minded to understand and accept that.

An internet not fully dominated by corps yet, was pretty helpful to bring new cool discoveries otherwise might not be possible or easy today.

Lots of power metal and melodeath bands I still love today, and now also appreciating nu metal a lot more even though I used to hate it back then haha.

[2/2] Same for any images or "content" based in copyrighted works (like anime memes or whatever).

I read the ToS before joining and there's always a point forbiding illegal content, but I wonder if that includes harmless stuff like this too, or how well received that stuff is anyways, since that point is everywhere yet people shares that stuff all the time regardless.

Of course I understand it's different with commuties built by people and not corporations, which is why I'm more hesitant here.

[1/2?] Hey thanks everyone for the welcoming messages and the tips you all shared that other day! The first few days felt like talking alone but then all of a sudden I felt almost overwhelmed by the warm receivement haha. Definitively a place I plan to stay in :)

Just another question: what's the general consensus on posting stuff that, while made by yourself, is based in copyrighted works? Would it be okay if I post my arrangements of commercial games music here instead of just originals?

So it's #caturday in many places on Earth already, right? Always a good day to play some #robots game with good feline company regardless :)

Well, since it's still #FairTradeMusicFriday and barely noticed the hashtag today... here's my second and so far last original album/demo https://unknownpseudoartist.bandcamp.com/album/another-placeholder-of-another-thing

Hard to define in terms of genre, but I guess it's mostly instrumental synth/midi #metal with a wide range of influences like #folk, #industrial ambient and more. Focusing more on melodies and not so much in production, but still listenable enough, I think :)

(oh, also worth mentioning there's a #cat in the front cover!)

Btw at this point I don't know if anyone is reading or checking what I post here, as I'm new and have no contacts in the music communities I used to be more active in who I know are in Mastodon too. So it'd be nice if anyone can confirm I'm not talking alone with myself 😅 or if there's any advice about how to get introduced to people and stuff, since I'm a bit... lost, I guess haha.
