@gwynnion I live in an old brick house in Germany with about 60cm (2 feet?) thick walls and it's great at insulating against heat...until all that brick heats up and then it radiates all that stored heat into the house even when it's gotten cooler outside. It's a double-edged sword. :)

Taken with our Very Large Telescope in #Chile over a period of four years, these images show the rotating disc of gas and dust around the young star AB Aurigae.
There are features like “twists” signalling the places where planets could be forming, as well as radial shadows cast by dense clumps of material.
