Weāve seen how AI has been used in the service of shortlisting candidacies (with clear biases). It is certainly possible to use AI to extract the information from a resume, but accuracy may be a challenge, as resumes do not have strict formats.
An AI driven data extraction of the information from the resume provided could result in bad data being loaded or none at all. How these problem applications should be processed by HR becomes critical
