Cease fire agreement reached today between #Cambodia and #Thailand. Let's hope it holds, leaders can agree on meaningful steps going forward, and displaced civilians on both sides can return home and live in peace. We have a large number of evacuees from the border regions in our area, many staying at local temples.

News in #Thailand reporting a second attack by Thai F-16 fighter planes on #Cambodia which occurred at 17:00 local time. Four planes attacked a heavy weapons cache in Oddar Meanchay Province, somewhere near disputed land near the Prasat Ta Muen Thom temple complex.
The earlier attack today by the Thai Air Force was farther to the east in Preah Vihear Province, along another border area with longstanding disputes and recent military skirmishes.

The attack in Sisaket Province is roughly 100 kilometers southeast of my home and looks like it's about 25 kilometers from the Thai-Cambodian border.
