From a random Facebook page’s post that got shoved into my feed, an excellent candidate for a sentence really needing an Oxford comma. At least, I assume so; if not, I want to see this film.
I brought my 8 year old with me to the local independent/family-run hardware store and it seems he noticed their new touch screen search display before I did.
Yes, we'll have to talk with him about his spelling and punctuation.

I have been so fixated on the Oxford comma lately. I'm starting to judge my colleagues by their usage or lack thereof, but not quite sure how. I used to be an Oxford comma gal, then it was deemed unnecessary. I refused to switch, until one day I did and now I should be using it again?
The mentioning of the Oxford comma sends a strong outward-reaching signal that the author knows the Oxford comma.
I just signed a petition, and you might want to as well. But I think this sentence needs an #OxfordComma.
"I’ve spent my life cooking and working with farmers to get the best, most honest food onto our plates."
The link works, in spite of the 500 message.
