Nervous system coach for people done carrying emotional loads that aren't theirs. No toxic positivity. No spiritual bypassing. Just trauma-informed practices that actually work.

CW: trauma bonding, substance use, emotional abuse, gaslighting, addiction

I thought it was love. But my nervous system knew better.

If you've ever wondered why you can't just leave someone who's destroying you — this is why.

Grateful for this feedback from Paul after completing Understanding Anger Month 🙏

Fear was planted in me like a seed. The world is dangerous. People can't be trusted. You're too fragile to survive alone.

I believed I needed protection from everything – except the person teaching me to be afraid.

About disorganised attachment, when survival becomes your relationship blueprint, and recognising when attachment patterns are weaponised.

I spent my whole life being told that anger made me horrible. That having feelings made me a monster.
So I made myself smaller. Suppressed it all.

This is about the anger that cuts through denial and shows you the truth. The rage that finally showed me who I'd been protecting at my own expense.

If you've been taught anger makes you bad, you've been taught to ignore your alarm system.

I used to think emotional regulation meant staying calm. Not making waves. Rising above it all.
I was wrong.

This is about the moment I finally named what had been happening for 16 years – and what happened when I stopped abandoning myself to manage someone else's feelings.
About learning your body holds the answers all along.

I used to think boundaries were mean.
That if I just explained myself better, stayed longer, gave more – things would change.
They didn't.

16 years taught me everything about boundaries by showing me what happens when you have none.
About nervous system responses, trauma patterns, and the moment I finally chose myself.
