The "Move Fast and Break Things" mentality no longer works in the AI industry. This is a place where technology should be slowly, methodically, and rigorously built, tested, and approved before each release to the public. However, we all know that the economic conditions and expectations of Silicon Valley will never allow it. The shareholders and investors must get their returns! And we will suffer as a result of their recklessness.

Google is crumbling faster than anyone would have thought. Between layoffs and leaks, and their rush to ship AI. The very foundation one of the best tech companies is shaking itself apart. Like a snake eating it's own tail 🐍

On this day, in 1953, Tenzing Norgay and Sir Edmund Hillary became the first human beings to stand on the highest peak on the surface of our planet (and to make it back down Everest safely).

Reading a PowerPoint to someone for two hours is a really disengaging learning experience, and yet it is the easiest and laziest way to share information.
A big red flag is when a company has an army of recruiters who are constantly pinging you for contractor positions but never full-time positions. #professionaldevelopment

I have become increasingly frustrated with Google's products and services over the past year. They just plain stink. Here's a list:

- Google Photos has barely any usable features to sort through large photo albums.
- I am not able to select and download multiple photos
- Google Assistant is wrong more than half the time and will randomly speak German
- My Google Pixel 5a phone broke frequently
- YouTube doesn't keep Captions on by default
- etc

Try to save some parts of your life to be just for you. Including some special things that you're happy about or are even a little proud of. If your only private things are shameful things, you will become very sad and will eventually despise your own company.
