The iron in your blood? Some massive stars dying, but mainly white dwarfs, the leftovers of dwarf stars like our own Sun, exploding.

The gold ring on your finger? Mostly merging neutron stars, leftovers from supernovae.

#Musk likes to say: "Twitter is the world's town square!”

I don't know about you, but when I hear “town square" I think of a place of meeting & exchange, built by the people of that town, for the common good. Maybe that's because I come from a small town in the Alps.

When I see Musk's #Twitter, I don't see of a town square, I see a Colosseum, with Emperor Musk in the loge, inciting his followers in the stands, throwing them bread & exposing his critics in the arena.
