Thanks #DDDEU - without that conference I wouldn't have had an absolutely wonderful Amsterdam Sunday on a little boat. It's a completely different perspective, and the weather was beautiful, too. And I heard that Antwerp has a lot of water, too. So I am looking forward to #DDDEU '25! Maybe we can do a #DDD user group on a ship!

If your system is more robust, you can innovate more quickly without spending so much time on tests, coordination and firefighting.
Dragan StepanovićDependencies are most often not the problem per se. Dependency on a team that has lack of availability tends to be.
If a team B that a team A is dependent on was available whenever needed it wouldn't be as much of a problem.
A traditional way of trying to solve the lack of availability by planning more doesn't solve the problem because the real amount of needed slack in the system is almost always underappreciated.

I was sceptical regarding the DiagramGPT tool, but I made some experiments - free text, docker compose file, source code in multiple program languages. And it just works. And it has an API, making generating living documentation even simpler.
