@jkirkendall only briefly…

Hope the book is useful!

@johnlehet thank you!
@johnlehet something about the bird site? I am so out of it.
@johnlehet what is current context??

This works for me as an explanation of #Buddhist views on no-self. Relatively speaking.

@ScottPerkins @markcooper @jkirkendall hey Scott! So nice to see you!!

The 5 Buddha Wisdoms are, for me, an endless source of insight and compassion toward self and other.

Vajra/Mirror-Like Wisdom
Ratna/Wisdom of Equality
Padma/Discerning (or Discriminating) Wisdom
Karma/All-Accomplishing Wisdom
Buddha/All-Accommodating Wisdom

A beautiful mandala. If you are interested in the #enneagram, you may enjoy it.

"Who among us hasn’t noticed it—the strange doubling of forms and faces—the echo in the world? The waves in rock, the veins in leaves, the ghostly flowerings of frost…the sound of wind to the sound of water, the ruffling of field to the ruffling of fur, the memories of the living to the hopes of the dead. A familiar universe. A sea of small recognitions. A vast brotherhood of thoughts and things."

It's still a little odd to think: I click on stuff and no one/computer is tracking me. My clicks won't lead to me seeing more posts about Subject X or Person Y. And certainly won't skew the adverts I see.

That is so refreshing and freeing. My boosts and favorites won't lead to an algorithm-increased echo chamber.
