It’s a lot easier to delete stuff from websites than to delete laws

OMB deletes reference to law guaranteeing backpay to furloughed feds from shutdown guidance https://www.govexec.com/pay-benefits/2025/10/omb-deletes-reference-law-guaranteeing-backpay-furloughed-feds-shutdown-guidance/408645/

So remember how I found out that I have high cholesterol (despite no family history of it) and pre-diabetes?
Well.
It turns out that Ritalin can raise your cholesterol levels, and affect your bloodsugar levels.

Wish my GP had warned me about this.

So I'm letting the rest of you #ADHD guys know, if you're on Ritalin, get your levels checked.

I'm so lucky that my new Dr decided to check as long as I was getting bloodwork done to check my Measles immunity or I wouldn't have known.
