Not one of my best shots, but thought it was still fun to share. This is an important nesting site for the Snowy Plover, so I hope the #raptor wasn't successful! I used a teleconverter to keep my distance and cropped in quite a bit, so it's a bit mushy. Oh well.

A landmark #tree for anyone whose 🥾 the Estero Trail. Cows often gather underneath it. I always spend a few minutes here, usually to catch my breathe . I was fortunate to capture a nice cloud formation that really accentuates the shape of the tree, and the moon makes a small cameo.

I don't normally go after sunrise/sunset shots, but when you stumble out of the 🚗 and see this straight away, it's a point and shoot situation ASAP.
Love how the clouds in the tide pool look like scratchy paint strokes.
Taking in the view over a second breakfast. I would love to nap here. Fresh grass is starting to turn the hills green. Lots of deer are taking advantage.
