does anyone know where these food truck chicken and noodles come from? (searching hasnt helped)
not sure how universal they are, but in EVERY fair or festival ive been to in southern ohio, there's always been someone selling bowls or cups or trays of these. it's different people/orgs every time, but the taste is always identical, so im assuming they all source them from the same place.
the noodles are very thick and doughy, they don't have much broth, there isnt any vegetables, and sometimes you can get them on top of mashed potatoes (i don't).
im a chicken & noodles connoisseur and these food truck noodles are among my favorite chicken noodle dishes. I NEED TO KNOW.
