That maybe those users can't fix the problem, but they could provide valuable feedback. Based on the platform, that value seems to be contingent upon profits or actually caring about the user's experience. I'm not getting either here.
I want to #congratulate the #Mastodon #developers for their hard work and patience. After only 7 years their twitter alternative is finally a feature complete version of facebook groups skinned to look similar to #twitter.
