One of my favorite things is when someone I follow asks a non-techie question on something I know nothing about, I boost as requested, and my followers jump in with polite but enthusiastic support.

You wanna cook this thing but don't know how? Your dog is being weird and you want to figure out what's wrong? I have this weird object, here's a picture, WTF is it???

There's a whole world of folks out there who want to help.

Just finished voting here in Ottawa-South. There seemed to be a lot of chaos reported by people yesterday, just wanted to share that today there were 6 polling tables, each staffed by two people. Two people directing traffic both outside and another two directing traffic inside.

When I got inside, there was virtually nobody there except a bunch of very bored looking volunteers. I was able to vote immediately and was done in less than 10 minutes.
