I have been monitoring if toots are correctly deleted on #Mastodon, and so far so good: the protocol between instances appears to be robust. However, this is not always true for other platforms connected to it through the #fediverse (probably because they are at a early stage, and/or more experimental in ethos).
Was it ever proposed to add a feature to Mastodon to limit the scope of toots to mastodon network only (to opt-out from fediverse basically)?
