Growing a team sounds great—until it actually happens. Stuff breaks, systems collapse, people get tired. But if you stay curious and let go of needing to control everything, growth becomes less painful. You just gotta adjust.

Seeing a lot of panic around AI in the creative space. Totally valid. But for me, the real conversation is about how we use it—not if. I’m more interested in artists who know how to steer it, not just resist it.

Been diving into Unreal 5.4 lately. Love how much cleaner the lighting and control feels for cinematic work—especially for smaller teams. Anyone else testing it for pre-viz or virtual art direction? Curious what’s working for you.
