* You may be wondering why this painting has such a peculiar dating. Well, it has a remarkable, long history of creation.
Originally, it was a completely different painting from 2009 that stayed in my studio for several years. Eventually, I wasn't satisfied with it and decided to partially repaint it, preserving certain nice parts from the original painting. At the time, I didn't know how to proceed further, so | left it standing for years. A few years ago, I turned it around and hung it up, determined to preserve and enhance the nice and special #atmosphere. It was only 2022 and the year of completion that I actually started working on it, and I found it very enjoyable and exciting to explore further associations. So after 14 years, an actual new painting had finally come into existence.
