“A geometrically informed permutation test for dependency in spatiotemporal patterns of protein species in microscopic images”

Tom Honnor's new statistical method to analyse colocalisation in microscopy methods. Tom was a PhD student with Julia Brettschneider and Adam Johansen in Statistics. The paper features a small contribution from our lab.
