This satisfying combo gave me the win! Blueprint doubles joker to the right, Ancient gives x1.5 to each card of a particular suit, and Photograph gives x2 for first face card which had a red token to trigger it twice. My flush scores 1.6 million 😂

Ok Mothership is incredible. It is flexible in adapting to whatever adventure you want to experience. Horror can be as light or heavy as you like.

I ran an adventure where players are running out of time to locate a habitable planet. They find one guarded by an ancient satellite unexpectedly of human origin. It spoke to them with two voices, the same voice but different personalities.

They managed to get past it but not without some serious sacrifices.

Will definitely try the new updates to Pikmin 4 when it releases (November). I am most interested in Fierce Mode because that game can seriously use more interesting challenges. I already prefer the game without getting any upgrades to the player or Oatchi. Hoping they also gives us the option to disable auto-lockon!

The Pikmin Bloom integration is pretty interesting so I will probably redownload that app as well at that point.

Perhaps a good Board Game is a contained, curated tool — everything is done for the player who must simply follow its instructions to have the intended experience.

Whereas a good TTRPG is an open, inspirational tool — everything is made to help the player create the intended experience.

I need to noodle further on this. Is it fundamental to these two categories?
