In March 2022 I wrote a column, criticizing Carlsberg for staying in Russia.

They could have sold their breweries, but they chose to brew beer to the terrorist state, in spite of strong critique from shareholders.

Fast forward 16 months:
Putin has signed a presidential decree, that Carlsberg in Russia now belongs to the Russian state.

Let us have a moment of silence for the Carlsberg Group arrogance — it just got hit by a train of karma.
