Lige spist en rugbrødsmad med humus, noget jeg kalder sprinkles og med et tyk lag drys af planter fra haven (skvalderkål, lindetræsblade, pibeløg og spinatrankeblade.

(sprinkles er en hakket mix af nødder, gærflager, tørrede svamper, tørrede tomater, løg- og hvidløgspulver, salt og spidskommen, som smager lidt osteagtigt). Og det var en pragtfuld mad!

Deze tuin is meer dan 12 jaar geleden aangelegd door Loek met veel liefde en vakmanschap. Veel inheemseplanten, dieren en insecten zijn hierbij gebaat.
